You may think all letting agencies are the same, but that is certainly not the case. In the lettings industry there are many unregulated agencies who have not been formally trained and are not obligated by a governing body to take care of you, the tenant, and ensure you have the best experience possibly in your rental home.
In addition some agencies will not ensure your security deposit is protected and readily available for when you vacate, (subject, of course, to any agreed deductions), we will be incredibly glad if you choose us, we know that you will be too!
We try to make the renting experience as straightforward as possible, enabling you to enjoy your new property whether your stay is short or long. We are here to make the journey as smooth as possible right the way from the viewing process, to living in the property all the way through to the check-out.
We offer quality homes and can offer you peace of mind they are safe, legal and well maintained. We do regular property visits to protect our tenants as well as our landlords, making sure the property stays just so.
In fact many of the properties we rent out are the landlord’s previous homes in which they have lived themselves and looked after the property.

Yes we may ask a lot of questions when you first register with us but surely you understand the need for this? We try to let our landlords know that our prospective tenants are in the best possible position if their property is the one you want. We don’t want you to be disappointed any more than them!
